Sony Pictures Networks is seeking an experienced
Manager - Agency Partnership, Ad Sales
. The primary role of the incumbent is managing and strengthening relationships with media agencies to drive advertising revenues across Sony Pictures Networks Television portfolio. The role will focus on driving agency engagement, maximizing revenue opportunities, identifying new business avenues, and ensuring Sony channels remain a preferred choice for advertisers.

Education

• Post Graduate Diploma / MBA in Management or equivalent

Experience

• 8 years + of experience in media / ad sales / agency partnerships

• Strong exposure to agency ecosystem and client servicing

Desirable Experience

• Strong relationships with leading media agencies

• Experience in TV ad sales

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key media agencies and buying houses across Mumbai.
- Drive advertising revenue across the Sony Television Network by maximizing agency spends and identifying new business opportunities.




- Develop strategic account plans for key agency groups to increase wallet share and market presence.
- Work closely with agency planners and buyers to position Sony's channel portfolio effectively across client campaigns.
- Drive sponsorship opportunities, FCT sales, innovations and integrated brand solutions across the network.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity and advertiser spend to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales Planning, Inventory, Revenue Strategy and Programming teams to optimize inventory utilization and revenue realization.
- Ensure timely campaign execution and resolve agency queries to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Prepare periodic sales forecasts, revenue reports and business reviews.
- Represent Sony Pictures Networks at industry forums, client meetings and agency interactions.
