Job Summary
The Technical Content Consultant – Content Operations is a highly technical, fast-paced role responsible for managing LMS integrations, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and ensuring seamless content delivery across platforms.

This role sits within the Content Operations function, acting as the technical backbone for content delivery and a bridge between Content Providers, Partnerships, Engineering, Product, and customer-facing teams.

The role requires deep expertise in LMS integrations, APIs, authentication mechanisms, debugging techniques, and end-to-end content lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will have solid problem-solving skills, the ability to navigate ambiguity across systems, and exceptional communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The Technical Content Consultant – Content Operations Will Be The Primary Point Of Contact For Critical Cross-functional Workstreams, Including But Not Limited To

Partner Onboarding & Integrations
Collaborate with global content providers and partners to onboard them into the LMS ecosystem (both one-to-many subscriptions and one-to-one integrations)

Conduct technical discovery, feasibility assessments, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) where required

Read and interpret technical onboarding documentation, API specifications, and integration requirements

Guide partners in setting up endpoints, authentication flows, and launch configurations

Configure and validate end-to-end integration flows including launch behavior, tracking, and reporting

Provide ongoing support to partners while working with APIs and internal tools

Content Subscription & Management
Manage additions/removals in Content Subscriptions and support monthly catalog re
