Role Overview:

VMax e-Solutions is seeking an experienced and agile Sales Manager cum Key Account Manager with a proven track record in driving business development within the Government / PSU / Smart City / e-Governance domain.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, managing key government accounts, handling tender / RFP processes, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and solution selling.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Sales
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Government, PSU, and Smart City sectors.
- Map upcoming tenders, empanelments, and projects in e-Governance, Urban Development,



and allied sectors.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and forecast accurately.

2. Key Account Management
- Serve as the single point of contact for strategic government clients and departments.
- Maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and procurement officials.
- Ensure client satisfaction, timely communication, and post-project relationship management.
- Drive repeat business and renewal of AMCs / support contracts.

3. Tendering, Proposals & Coordination
- Coordinate end-to-end tender and bid management: identifying tenders, preparing proposals, coordinating with technical/pre-sales teams, and ensuring timely submission.
- Liaise with technical, finance, and legal teams to prepare competitive proposals and compliance documentation.
- Represent the company during pre-bid meetings,
