Position Overview

This role owns end-to-end brand strategy for the company — from positioning and messaging to integrated campaign execution across broadcast, digital, and experiential platforms. The Brand Manager will translate consumer and market insights into initiatives that strengthen brand equity, drive listener engagement, and support revenue growth. Working cross-functionally with Product,



Sales, Digital, Creative, and agency partners, this person will be the custodian of how the company shows up across every consumer touchpoint.

Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the annual brand strategy and marketing plan aligned with the company's business and category objectives across radio and digital verticals.
- Own brand positioning, proposition, messaging, tone of voice, and brand identity consistency across all consumer touchpoints — on-air, digital, social, and experiential.
- Lead integrated 360° marketing campaigns across TV, Digital, Social Media, OTT, Print, Influencer, and Experiential platforms, from brief to post-campaign analysis.
- Translate consumer research, market trends, and competitive intelligence into actionable brand and communication strategies.
