Restaurant General Manager (RGM)

Experience: 7–10 years | Reports to: Area Manager

Role Overview
The RGM owns end-to-end operations of the outlet — from floor to kitchen to P&L; — and is accountable for consistent service quality, team performance, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and consistent service delivery
- Lead team management — hiring inputs, training, and performance evaluation across FOH and BOH
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain consistent product quality
- Own P&L; for the outlet; develop strategies to grow sales revenue through effective inventory control and waste management
- Conduct regular audits to identify gaps in billing processes and close them
- Oversee kitchen operations and staff, working closely with the Chef to maintain standards
- Manage cash and petty cash handling with full accountability




- Maintain restaurant cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times

Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of team management, training, inventory reporting, indenting, waste management, billing, and POS systems
- Working knowledge of P&L; and cost control
- Bartending knowledge is a bonus
- Excellent communication skills; ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams (kitchen, service, back-office)

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
