About the Opportunity

Ordient Ventures Private Limited is looking for a motivated and professional Legal Intern to join our experienced Legal / Business Legal Team on an immediate basis.

This is a three-month structured internship program designed for final-year law students who have recently completed their final-year examinations, as well as recent law graduates who are looking to begin their professional legal career and gain practical exposure.

The selected candidate will work closely with experienced legal professionals and will receive practical training in legal documentation, client coordination,



site coordination, approvals, legal issue tracking and other business-related legal activities.

The intern will be given responsibilities progressively based on their capabilities, learning and performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the legal team with legal drafting and preparation of legal documents.
- Coordinate with site agents and relevant personnel for approvals, documentation and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with clients for collection, verification and completion of required documents.
- Maintain and track legal issues and matters relating to clients.
- Assist with legal documentation, records and follow-ups.
- Support the legal team with legal research and other delegated legal tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, site personnel and other stakeholders as required.
- Maintain proper records of assigned legal matters and ensure timely follow-up.
- Assist with various business
