Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate offer rollouts and follow up with selected candidates.
- Manage the complete onboarding process, including documentation and orientation.
- Coordinate employee induction and joining formalities.
- Ensure proper asset allocation and recovery during onboarding and exit.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Plan and organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and team events.
- Address employee queries and maintain a positive work environment.

Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.




- Familiarity with HRMS tools (Keka or similar) is an advantage.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other hiring platforms.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Experience hiring IT professionals.
- Knowledge of HR policies, statutory compliance, PF, and ESIC.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
