Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound leads related to
UG and PG programs
.
- Connect with students and parents through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.




- Understand students' academic background, career goals, and course preferences.
- Provide appropriate information and guidance about relevant UG/PG programs.
- Follow up with prospective students throughout the admission process.
- Convert qualified leads into successful admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build robust relationships with prospective students and ensure a positive counselling experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth admission processing.
- Continuously improve sales and counselling skills through training and feedback.
