- Architect the digital ecosystem across social media, website/app, WhatsApp, digital campaigns and customer engagement touchpoints.
- Define platform roles and engagement journeys for customer education, advisor enablement, content adoption, purchase support and repeat purchase.
- Identify and scale high-impact digital opportunities aligned with business priorities, launch plans and category growth agendas.
- Build an advisor-powered digital growth model that leverages Modicares existing channel strength.

Social Selling & Advisor Enablement
- Design advisor-led social selling frameworks that help advisors use content, product storytelling and WhatsApp communication to educate customers, generate interest and support purchase and repeat purchase journeys.
- Build scalable advisor enablement systems, including digital playbooks, sharing formats, product narratives, campaign kits and content libraries.
- Improve discoverability,



usability and adoption of digital assets across the advisor ecosystem.
- Enable advisors to become more confident digital storytellers, community builders and social sellers.

Website & App Front-End Experience
- Own the marketing-side UI/UX direction and front-end experience for Modicare’s website and app.
- Define customer journeys, content architecture, product discovery flows, campaign pages and product page experience inputs.
- Partner with Technology for backend systems, integrations, technical implementation, data flows and platform stability.
- Use platform insights to improve navigation, communication clarity, campaign visibility, customer engagement and repeat purchase journeys.

Content, Community & Creator Ecosystem
- Lead digital content strategy across Modicare’s multi-category portfolio, ensuring content is business-linked, customer-relevant and advisor-friendly.
