Role Description
The Voice Process – Customer Service Executive (CSE) – Night Shift role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The CSE will handle inbound and outbound calls related to healthcare revenue cycle processes, respond to provider and patient inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and qualified manner.



Daily responsibilities include documenting interactions in the system, verifying and updating account information, and following defined workflows and quality guidelines. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams for issue resolution, adhering to shift schedules, meeting performance targets, and contributing to continuous process improvement. The successful candidate will maintain high service standards, follow compliance and data privacy requirements, and participate in training sessions to stay current with process and system updates.
