As we expand our franchise network across India, we are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Franchise Sales Manager to drive franchise acquisition and build strong relationships with prospective partners.

About the Role

The Franchise Sales Manager will be responsible for generating and converting franchise leads, presenting the Delhi Premium School franchise opportunity, managing the complete sales cycle, and achieving assigned franchise acquisition targets.

Candidates with experience in the education sector will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Franchise Sales & Business Development




- Generate and qualify potential franchise leads through various channels.
- Identify prospective investors, entrepreneurs, and education-focused partners.
- Present the Delhi Premium School franchise model, investment opportunity, and business benefits.
- Conduct meetings, calls, presentations, webinars, and discovery sessions with prospects.
- Convert qualified leads into successful franchise partnerships.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual franchise sales targets.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing/Sales will be an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Franchise Sales, Business Development, Channel Sales, or Education Sales.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Strong experience in lead generation, negotiation, and closing.
