We are looking for an experienced Logistics Accountant to manage logistics-related accounting, documentation, foreign currency transactions, banking activities, and financial records. The ideal candidate should have solid accounting knowledge, good English communication skills, and experience handling international/foreign currency transactions.

Job Role: Logistics Accountant

Experience: 6–10 Years

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Location: Avadi, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle logistics-related accounts and financial documentation.
- Process invoices, payments, receipts, and account reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ledgers.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation (BR) and identify/resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with banks and banking teams for transactions and account-related matters.
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, vendors, customers, and internal teams.
- Monitor payments, receipts, outstanding balances, and other financial transactions.




- Prepare accounting statements, reports, and MIS as required.
- Ensure proper documentation of financial and logistics-related transactions.
- Support day-to-day accounting and banking operations.

Required Skills
- 6 –10 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience in logistics/transportation-related accounting preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books or Tally Prime.
- Good knowledge of foreign currency transactions.
- Experience in Bank Reconciliation (BR) and bank coordination.
- Strong knowledge of invoicing, payments, receipts, and ledger reconciliation.
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with banks, finance teams, and logistics teams.
