Project Highlights
This project involves supporting a mission-critical PeopleSoft environment with a robust focus on application stability, business continuity, and efficient production support.
The role offers exposure to PeopleSoft Supply Chain and Financial modules, including General Ledger, Asset Management, Order Management, and Billing, along with SQL Server and NVision reporting.
Opportunity to work on a 24×7 enterprise application support environment, handling critical issues, month-end closure activities, system monitoring, reporting, and continuous application improvements while collaborating with cross functional IT teams.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain NVision reports as required.
- Provide technical support for PeopleSoft applications, including troubleshooting, issue resolution,
and user support.
- Support PeopleSoft Supply Chain and Financial modules, including General Ledger, Asset Management, Order Management, and Billing.
- Provide support for month-end closure processes and resolve related application issues.
- Troubleshoot and support SQL Server database-related issues.
- Manage and track incidents through ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.
- Perform regular system monitoring and preventive maintenance to ensure application stability and uptime.
- Identify recurring or potential issues proactively and implement appropriate solutions.
- Support application enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and new feature implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to resolve complex application and system issues.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation covering issues, resolutions, processes, and system changes.
