? Key Responsibilities
- Market and place bench consultants across
Pharma, Biotech & Medical Device
.
- Source requirements through
LinkedIn, job boards, vendor networks, MSP/VMS, and client channels
.
- Build strong relationships with
vendors, clients, MSPs, and staffing partners
.
- Handle submissions, interviews, feedback, offers,
rate negotiation, and closures
.
- Maintain consultant profiles, availability, and submission status.
- Develop new vendor/client relationships and meet




daily/weekly targets
.
- Ensure compliance with work authorization and client requirements.

? Qualifications
- 3+ years
of Life Sciences Bench Sales, Recruiting, Staffing, or Business Development experience.
- Solid knowledge of the
US Life Sciences staffing market
.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and follow-up skills.
- Experience with
LinkedIn, job boards, ATS/CRM, and MSP/VMS platforms
.
- Comfortable working in a
fast-paced, target-driven environment
.
