Job Title: BMC Helix AIOps Consultant – Discovery / CMDB / BHOM

We are looking for experienced BMC Helix AIOps professionals to support a large-scale enterprise implementation. The ideal candidates should have strong hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas: BMC Discovery, BMC CMDB, and BMC Helix Operations Management (BHOM).

Key Responsibilities

* Implement and configure BMC Discovery, CMDB and/or BHOM solutions.

* Build Discovery blueprints, business service models, dependency mappings, and custom patterns.

* Manage CMDB CI classes, relationships, reconciliation, data quality, duplicate management, and asset inventory.

* Configure BHOM/PATROL Agents, monitoring policies, upgrades, patches, and hotfixes.

* Implement event ingestion, correlation, noise reduction, anomaly detection, and AIOps capabilities.

* Integrate third-party monitoring/security tools such as Splunk, Tenable, PRTG,



and other enterprise monitoring platforms.

* Support centralized monitoring, intelligent automation, and service-aware event management.

* Troubleshoot complex BMC platform and integration issues.

Required Skills

* Strong hands-on experience with BMC Helix / BMC Operations Management.

* Expertise in at least one area: BMC Discovery (ADDM), BMC CMDB, or BHOM.

* Experience working with large enterprise/on-premise BMC environments.

* Strong understanding of AIOps, event management, service topology, monitoring, and automation.

* Experience with Kubernetes/on-premise environments is preferred.
