Job Title: Sales Manager Corporate Insurance

Role Overview

Looking for a seasoned and result-driven
Sales Manager
to lead and scale our
Corporate Insurance
business across Mumbai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad. The role requires a strong leader with proven experience in driving revenue growth, managing large teams, and handling end-to-end insurance portfolios across corporate clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong business pipeline, leadership exposure, and deep expertise across commercial insurance products.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive overall revenue growth and business targets for the corporate insurance vertical.
- Manage and expand the current portfolio, ensuring consistent business performance.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of corporate clients and large accounts.
- Lead acquisition of new corporate clients and strengthen existing relationships with CXOs and decision-makers.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales lifecycle, including pitching, deal structuring, and closure.
- Manage and lead cross-functional teams, including Relationship Managers, Underwriters,



Claims, and Operations.
- Build, mentor, and drive sales team performance through clear targets and accountability frameworks.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, expansion plans, and go-to-market approaches.
- Drive business across commercial insurance products including
GMC, Fire, Marine, Liability, Surety Bonds
, etc.
- Collaborate with insurers and internal teams for effective underwriting, pricing, and policy placement.
- Maintain solid relationships with underwriters for exclusive pricing and terms.
- Monitor key performance metrics and drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Identify new market opportunities and contribute to business growth and diversification.
- Represent the organization in client meetings, industry forums, and strategic discussions.

Qualifications / Requirements
- Minimum
15+ years of experience
in insurance broking / corporate insurance sal
