We are looking for a dynamic and performance-driven
Assistant Manager – Training
to lead training initiatives for our B2B demand generation and inside-sales teams.

The role will be responsible for designing and delivering effective training programs that improve
product knowledge, sales capability, communication skills, process adherence, lead quality and overall team performance
.

The ideal candidate should have robust experience in training sales or BPO/inside-sales teams, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into practical, engaging learning programs.

Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery & Capability Building
- Plan and conduct
new-joiner induction and process training
for sales, lead generation and inside-sales teams.
- Conduct refresher, upskilling and performance-enhancement training programs.
- Deliver training on B2B lead generation, prospecting, qualification, customer engagement, objection handling and sales conversations.
- Train employees on campaign-specific processes, client requirements,



products/services and communication standards.
- Conduct role plays, mock calls, assessments and practical learning sessions.

Training Needs & Performance Improvement
- Identify training gaps through performance data, quality reports, audits, feedback and interaction with Team Leaders/Managers.
- Develop targeted training interventions for employees and teams not meeting performance or quality expectations.
- Work closely with Operations and Quality teams to identify recurring performance gaps and implement corrective training.
- Track post-training performance and measure the effectiveness of training interventions.

Content & Learning Development
- Create and continuously improve training modules, presentations, trainer guides, assessments, call scripts and learning material.
- Keep training content aligned with changing client requirements, campaign objectives and business processes.
