The Role

This is a
hunter role
.

You will be responsible for identifying new markets and accounts, creating conversations with decision-makers, converting them into clients, and building a repeatable business development engine.

You’ll sell across:
- Permanent Staffing / FTE hiring
- Contract Staffing / C2H
- C2C hiring
- GCC / Offshore Team Building
- Contractor hiring across Engineering, Product, Support & Business functions
- Embedded / Fractional Talent Solutions

What You'll Own
- Build and own the
0→1 outbound and business development pipeline
- Identify and target companies expanding their teams in India
- Build relationships with
CHROs, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders
