Statutory Compliance & IR:
ESI audit, factory audit by ensuring 100% statutory compliance and annual return submission under Factory Act, Minimum wages act, Maternity Benefit act, Workmen Compensation Act, Contract Labour Act,



& Payment of Wages Act through robust HR audits.

Attendance & Payroll:
Ensure timely execution of all payroll, NON CTC claims & Reimbursements. Overseeing the accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll and advantages. Managing employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leaves.

Employee Life Cycle:
Talent Acquisition & Management, Recruitment Process, on Boarding, BGV

Manpower planning:
Optimize manpower planning by aligning it with business goals, conduct a thorough skill gap analysis to identify current and future needs.
