Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced PeopleSoft Administrator to lead the administration, architecture, and support of enterprise-wide PeopleSoft HCM environments. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in PeopleSoft infrastructure with proven record in end-to-end upgrade programs and managing customer relationships without escalations.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the administration, architecture, and support of enterprise-wide PeopleSoft HCM environments
- Define technical standards, governance, and best practices for PeopleSoft administration
- Act as the technical escalation point for critical production issues
- Review architecture and recommend modernization strategies

PeopleSoft Administration:
- Install, configure, administer, and maintain multiple PeopleSoft environments (Development, QA, SIT, UAT, Performance, DR, Production)
- Install and configure:
- People Tools
- Application Server




- Process Scheduler
- Web Server (PIA)
- Integration Broker
- Elastic Search
- Kibana
- Oracle SES/OpenSearch (where applicable)
- Perform People Tools upgrades and patching
- Apply Oracle Critical Patch Updates (CPU)
- Implement PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) Images
- Manage DPK deployments and Change Assistant activities
- Perform setting cloning, refreshes, and production migrations

End-to-End PeopleSoft Upgrade
- Lead complete upgrade programs including:
- Planning
- Upgrade strategy and roadmap
- Infrastructure assessment
- Compatibility analysis
- Risk identification
- Downtime planning
- Capacity planning
- Upgrade estimation

Execution
- People Tools upgrades
- HCM application upgrades
- Oracle Database upgrades
- WebLogic upgrades
- Tuxedo upgrades
- JDK upgrades
- Elasticsearch implementation and upgrades
- UM Image adoption
- Tax Update implementation
