Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Credit Manager to oversee all aspects of credit operations in our Suryapet branch. This role involves managing credit risk, ensuring compliance with lending policies, and leading a team to achieve business objectives while maintaining a healthy loan portfolio.

Job Responsibilities:**
- Manage the end-to-end credit assessment and approval process for various loan products.
- Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data to evaluate creditworthiness of applicants.
- Develop and implement effective credit policies and procedures in line with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and manage the existing loan portfolio, identifying and mitigating potential credit risks.
- Lead, mentor, and train a team of credit officers and analysts, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support business growth while maintaining credit quality.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of credit activities,



including portfolio performance and risk metrics.
- Handle customer queries and concerns related to credit, providing excellent service and conflict resolution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes impacting credit operations.

Job Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or skilled certification (e.g., CA, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in credit management, preferably within a banking or financial services institution.
- Proven track record of managing credit risk and maintaining a healthy loan portfolio.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
