Role Description
The Business Development Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The individual in this role will identify and generate new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and promote SHRS Group’s recruitment, staffing, campus recruitment, and business solutions services. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves collaborating with internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations, tracking market trends, and maintaining accurate sales and pipeline reporting. The Business Development Manager is expected to meet revenue and growth targets while representing the company with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and account management.
- Candidates should possess skills in relationship-building,



stakeholder management, and customer service to support long-term client partnerships.
- Candidates should possess communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and close deals.
- Candidates should possess analytical and planning skills, including market research, pipeline management, and forecasting abilities.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with basic business software (e.g., CRM tools, MS Office) and the ability to prepare skilled proposals and reports.
- Relevant experience in HR services, staffing, recruitment, or professional services business development is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
