Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, proactive, and socially aware Social Media Manager & Content Creator to manage the brand’s social media presence and build a robust, consistent digital identity.

The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing the weekly content calendar, developing content ideas, writing captions/scripts, managing community engagement, coordinating collaborations, and supporting social media campaigns.

Since we are an education institution focused specifically on the real estate industry, the candidate should be able to understand our audience including beginners entering real estate and existing real-estate professionals looking to upskill and convert this understanding into engaging content.

Key Responsibilities
Content & Social Media Management
- Develop and manage the weekly/monthly social media content calendar.
- Plan content across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Generate creative content ideas around real estate, education, careers, industry trends, student success stories, faculty,



events and brand stories.
- Write captions, hooks, scripts, post copy and other social media content.
- Ensure consistent brand voice, visual identity and messaging.
- Coordinate with the videographer, editor, designer and other internal teams for content execution.

Community Management
- Monitor comments, DMs, mentions and conversations across platforms.
- Engage proactively with the audience.
- Identify potential leads, queries and opportunities coming through social media.
- Maintain a positive and professional online community.

Campaigns & Collaborations
- Plan and execute social media campaigns for brand awareness, courses, events and launches.
- Identify relevant creators, influencers, industry professionals and brands for collaborations.
- Coordinate with collaborators from ideation to execution.
- Track campaign performance and suggest improvements.
