Role Overview
We are looking for a
Senior Procurement Professional
to support the Procurement Manager in managing end-to-end procurement activities for manufacturing and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Sourcing
- Execute procurement activities based on approved Purchase Requisitions, BOMs and production requirements.
- Source raw materials, bought-out components, fabricated parts and consumables.
- Float RFQs/RFPs and obtain competitive quotations from approved and prospective suppliers.
- Prepare techno-commercial comparison statements and recommend suitable suppliers.
- Convert approved requirements into Purchase Orders and ensure timely order placement.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure materials are delivered as per committed schedules.
Vendor Development & Management
- Identify and develop current suppliers for critical components and manufacturing requirements.
- Evaluate suppliers based on
quality, cost, delivery, capacity and technical capability

- Conduct vendor visits and support supplier audits/assessments where required.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers.
