About the Role:

EAX Media is seeking a highly organized and proactive Client Services Representative to support client servicing and campaign execution. This role sits at the core of our client operations, ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams, timely delivery of campaigns, and consistent client satisfaction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced digital marketing workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and timely communication via email, calls, and messaging platforms
- Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and internal workflows across teams
- Track client requirements, feedback, and pending action items, ensuring timely follow-ups
- Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, and other client-facing documents
- Schedule and manage meetings,



ensuring effective communication and documentation of outcomes
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and campaign progress
- Support account management activities to enhance client experience and retention

Required Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or coordination roles
- Prior experience in a digital marketing or marketing services organization preferred
- Exposure to SaaS-based environments is an added advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
