About the Role

We are looking for a friendly, well-organized Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact for our guests at Hotel Raj Classic Inn, MG Road, Hyderabad. You'll manage check-ins and check-outs, handle guest requests, and help create a welcoming experience from arrival to departure. This is a great opportunity for someone starting out in hospitality or looking to grow their front office career.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests warmly on arrival; manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Handle guest reservations, walk-ins, and room allocations. Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person queries regarding bookings, rates, and hotel services. Maintain accurate guest records and update the property management system (PMS). Handle billing, cash/card payments, and issue invoices. Address guest concerns and complaints promptly, escalating to the Manager when needed. Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments. Maintain the front desk area in a clean, organized manner.



Ensure guest safety and security protocols are followed.

Requirements

12th pass / Graduate preferred but not required. Freshers welcome; 0-2 years of front office experience is a plus. Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu. Basic computer skills; familiarity with hotel PMS software is an advantage. Pleasant, courteous personality with a guest-first attitude. Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
