Role

We are looking for a creative
Graphic Designer
with strong visual skills and experience in
advertising, branding, social media, and digital campaigns
. The candidate should be able to handle projects independently from
concept to final artwork
.

Key Responsibilities
- Design
social media creatives, advertisements, brochures, presentations, banners & branding materials
- Develop creative concepts, layouts and visual communication
- Maintain brand consistency across digital and print media
- Collaborate with
creative, content, PR and client servicing teams
- Handle revisions and deliver high-quality work within deadlines
- Prepare artwork for
digital & print production
- Stay updated with
design, advertising, AI & social media trends

Required Skills
- Adobe Photoshop – Advanced
- Adobe Illustrator – Advanced
- Adobe InDesign – Advanced




- Strong knowledge of
Typography, Layout, Composition, Colour & Visual Communication
- Solid understanding of
Branding & Advertising Design
- Social media design and digital campaign experience
- Creative thinking and strong visual sense

Good to have:
Figma, After Effects/Motion Graphics, AI Design Tools, Basic Video Editing

Candidate Profile
- 2+ years relevant professional experience
- Degree/Diploma in
Art, Graphic Design or related field
- Advertising/Creative Agency experience preferred
- Strong communication, time management and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- On-site role in Kharagpur
- Immediate joiners / short notice preferred

Portfolio – Mandatory

Relevant Graphic Design portfolio is required.
