As an Advisory - Deals - Valuation - Associate, you will engage in providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. You will help clients navigate complex transactions and maximize value in their business deals. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others,



and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be responsible for analyzing financial information, focusing on quality of earnings and assets, cash flows, and other key client deal issues. Within our Deals practice, you will apply a learning mindset and take ownership of your development, appreciate diverse perspectives, and adopt habits to sustain performance.
