Job Description:
- Lead Oracle EPM architecture, solution design, and implementation projects.
- Define EPM solutions across Planning, FCCS, Consolidation, Account Reconciliation, and Reporting.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable EPM solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to EPM consultants and developers.
- Design EPM application architecture, integrations, data flows, and security.
- Lead end-to-end implementation, upgrade, and support activities.
- Work with business and IT stakeholders to define project scope and solutions.
- Review technical designs, development work, and project deliverables.
- Support presales activities, proposals,



solution presentations, and estimations.
- Establish best practices, standards, and reusable EPM solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex technical and functional issues.
- Manage delivery timelines, risks, dependencies, and customer expectations.
- Mentor team members and help build Oracle EPM capabilities within the practice.
- Stay updated on Oracle EPM Cloud features, releases, and industry best practices.
