The Role

You will own social media end-to-end for both brands — strategy, content creation, publishing, and community management.

Veloria Grand is a visual, emotional purchase. Families shortlist venues on Instagram before they ever call us. Your job is to make sure we are in that shortlist, and to turn attention into enquiries.

Billion Events speaks to hotel owners and partners on LinkedIn. Your job there is to build credibility for how well we operate.

This is a hands-on role. You will shoot, edit, write, post, and reply. You will spend most of your week at our venues, not at a desk.

Key Responsibilities

Content
- Plan and run a monthly content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, WhatsApp Channel,



and LinkedIn
- Shoot and edit reels, photos, and short videos at live events — independently, on a phone
- Build a repeatable system to capture usable footage from every event
- Coordinate quarterly qualified shoots: décor, food, venue, and testimonial films

Community
- Respond to DMs, comments, and enquiries within 60 minutes during business hours
- Reply to every review on Google, WedMeGood, WeddingWire, and Justdial
- Hand qualified enquiries to the venue sales team and track what happens to them

Partnerships
- Build and manage a roster of Bengaluru wedding planners, parenting creators, food creators, and micro-influencers
- Negotiate and execute collaborations, preferring barter over cash

Billion Events (B2B)
- Run the Billion Events LinkedIn page for a hotel-owner and partner audience
- Draft thought leadership content on banquet operations for founder review
- Support the Bengaluru Banquet
