Role Description:

The Lead Generation Specialist will work as a fully time intern, from the HumanAlpha Office in Vidyaranyapura, Bangalore. supporting HumanAlpha in developing and refining brand strategy.



Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and competitor research, clarifying brand positioning and messaging, and creating brand guidelines that reflect the organization’s values and HR-focused offerings. The Intern will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent brand management across digital channels, proposals, presentations, and marketing assets. The role also involves advising on communication frameworks, refining tone of voice, and recommending branding initiatives that enhance client and candidate engagement. This position requires proactive communication, regular virtual meetings, and timely delivery of branding recommendations and assets.

Qualifications:
- Solid skills in Brand Strategy and Branding, with the ability to define positioning, value propositions, and brand architecture.
- Experience in Brand Management, including maintaining consistency across visual identity, messaging, and touchpoints
