About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Senior Quality Engineer with 5+ years of experience to lead and deliver quality engineering across Java backend and React frontend applications. You will bring strong test automation skills across the full stack — unit, integration, API, UI, and E2E testing — embedding quality as a first-class concern across Agile delivery teams. This is a hands-on technical QE role requiring robust coding ability in Java and JavaScript, deep automation framework expertise, and a shift-left quality mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Test Automation & Framework Development
- Design, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for Java backend and React frontend applications — covering UI, API, integration, and E2E testing layers.




- Develop Java-based automation scripts using Selenium WebDriver or Playwright — supporting functional, regression, and cross-browser testing across enterprise web applications.
- Build React / JavaScript frontend test suites using Jest, React Testing Library, and Playwright — ensuring component-level and E2E UI quality across frontend releases.
- Develop API test automation suites using RestAssured, Karate, or Postman — covering REST API contracts, authentication flows, and business logic validation across Java backend services.
- Write unit and integration tests using JUnit and Mockito — collaborating with Java developers to improve code testability and unit test coverage across backend microservices.
- Build and maintain BDD test frameworks using Cucumber and Gherkin — working with product owners and BAs to define business-readable acceptance criteria and test scenarios.
- Design and execute performance and load tests using JMeter or Gatli
