Paper Plane Tales is looking for an HR Intern

We're looking for someone organised, people-oriented and eager to learn how HR works in a growing creative agency.

This is a hands-on role where you'll get exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding and day-to-day people operations.

Job Role:
- Support the founder with day-to-day HR and people-related tasks
- Support recruitment across current and upcoming roles
- Maintain candidate and hiring trackers
- Support onboarding of new employees and interns
- Support employee engagement activities and internal initiatives
- Help maintain and improve HR processes, templates and documentation
