We are seeking an experienced Salesforce professional with deep expertise in
Senior Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360)
and
Salesforce Marketing Cloud
to design and deliver unified customer engagement solutions. This role sits at the intersection of customer data strategy and multi-channel marketing execution, enabling real-time, data-driven customer experiences across the full customer lifecycle.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build unified customer profiles, drive identity resolution, orchestrate personalized journeys, and activate audiences across email, mobile, and digital channels. Your work will directly impact how the organization understands and engages its customers at scale.
- Design and implement end-to-end customer data and engagement solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
- Build and manage unified customer profiles through identity resolution, data mapping, and segmentation.
- Configure Data Streams, Data Lake Objects (DLO), Data Model Objects (DMO), and Data Transformations.
- Create and activate segments and audiences into Marketing Cloud Journeys for personalized campaigns.
- Orchestrate customer journeys using Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Mobile Studio.
- Implement real-time personalization and next-best-action use cases leveraging Data Cloud insights.
- Integrate Data Cloud with Salesforce Clouds and external systems to support a Customer 360 architecture.
- Apply data governance, consent management, and security best practices within Data Cloud.
- Measure campaign effectiveness using customer insights and engagement analytics.
- Develop data-driven engagement strategies across email, mobile, and digital channels.
Experience
- 8–10 years of overall Salesforce experience with solid hands-on expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
