Job role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer – MERN Stack who can take complete ownership of software functionality from requirement understanding and technical design to development, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

The candidate should have robust expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with hands-on backend development experience. The role requires the ability to understand business/product requirements, convert them into technical solutions, develop APIs and functionalities, integrate systems, and ensure successful implementation. The candidate should be implementation-oriented rather than only development-oriented, with strong ownership of functionality and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable product features.

Roles & Responsibilities




- Understand business and product requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
- Build robust backend services, APIs, business logic, and workflows using Node.js and Express.js.
- Develop responsive frontend applications using React.js.
- Design, manage, and optimize MongoDB databases, schemas, and queries.
- Implement end-to-end functionalities across frontend, backend, API, and database layers.
- Integrate applications with mobile apps, devices, third-party APIs, and other platforms.
- Take ownership of assigned functionality from requirement development testing implementation production support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application, API, database, and production issues.
- Perform testing, debugging, performance optimization, and ensure application stability.
- Write clean, reusable, secure, and maintainable code following development standards.
