Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized
Admin & Facility Executive
to manage day-to-day administrative and facility-related activities at the Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon office. The role will involve coordinating with different locations, maintaining records and trackers, managing office requirements, and supporting smooth workplace operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with various locations for facility-related requirements, maintenance activities, and administrative support.
- Raise and track requests for office materials, supplies, and other facility requirements through the designated software/system.
- Maintain accurate administrative, facility, inventory, and requirement trackers.
- Monitor and follow up on pending facility requests to ensure timely closure.
- Manage routine office administration and facility-related activities.
- Coordinate with vendors/service providers for routine facility requirements,



wherever required.
- Ensure availability of essential office supplies and materials.
- Support the smooth functioning and upkeep of office facilities.
- Coordinate and manage small office events, employee activities, meetings, and other administrative arrangements.
- Maintain relevant documentation, records, invoices, and reports.
- Escalate facility or administrative issues to the appropriate stakeholders and follow up until resolution.
- Provide regular updates to the reporting manager on facility requirements, pending activities, and completed tasks.
- Support other administrative activities as assigned by the management.

Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline; degree/diploma in Administration, Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field will be preferred.
- 1 3 years of experience in administration, facility management, office coordination, or a similar role.
