Role Description
This is a full time, on-site United States Recruiter role based in Indore. The recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring for US-based positions,



including sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, databases, referrals, and networking. Daily responsibilities include screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, and maintaining timely communication with candidates. The role also involves negotiating offers in line with client and internal guidelines, ensuring compliance with company recruitment policies, and updating applicant tracking systems accurately. The recruiter will collaborate closely with account managers and other stakeholders to understand role requirements, meet hiring targets, and support a positive candidate and client experience.
