Key Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing Manager in planning and executing local marketing campaigns.
- Deliver marketing activities in line with
JLR guidelines and best practices
.
- Use
GRMS, Marketing Asset Management and Ad Builder
to customise and deliver marketing assets.
- Coordinate advertising, POS materials, brochures and showroom promotional activities.
- Support marketing events and customer engagement activities.
- Track marketing activities, timelines, quality, costs and budgets.
- Prepare and maintain marketing reports and KPI updates.
- Build solid relationships with customers and support an excellent customer experience.
- Coordinate with Sales, Aftersales and JLR NSC teams.
- Maintain accurate customer database and visit information.
