About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible
Accounts Executive
to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support the organization's financial operations. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, hands-on experience with accounting software, and a basic understanding of GST and TDS.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Prepare invoices, bills, payment vouchers, and receipts.
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer ledger reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Track outstanding payments and coordinate with vendors/customers for timely settlements.




- Assist with monthly accounting closing and reporting.
- Maintain proper documentation for accounting transactions.
- Assist in GST and TDS-related activities and ensure timely submission of required information.
- Verify employee expense claims and process reimbursements.
- Assist with preparation of MIS and other finance-related reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams when required.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in accounting records.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.
- Perform other finance and accounting activities as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in
B.Com, M.Com, Finance, Accounting, or a related field

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Hands-on experience with
Tally/ERP/accounting software
.
- Good working knowledge of
MS Exc
