Our product team is broadly dispersed throughout a variety of industries, including banking, NBFCs, fintech, and other fields. As an Associate Product Manager for the products and solutions in these verticals, you will have a crucial role to perform.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather and understand
business and client requirements
and translate them into clear product requirements.
- Perform
Business Analysis (BA)
, including requirement gathering, process understanding, gap analysis, and documentation.
- Work with clients to understand their challenges, expectations, and product requirements.
- Identify opportunities for
product enhancement and improvement
based on client feedback, business requirements, and market trends.
- Conduct
market and competitor research
to understand industry trends and identify potential product opportunities.
- Work closely with the team to define user flows, wireframes, and product experiences.
- Use
Figma
to create, review, or modify wireframes, prototypes, and basic UI/UX designs.




- Ensure that product designs are aligned with business requirements and provide a positive user experience.
- Prepare
user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and other product documentation
.
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly.
- Participate in product discussions, sprint planning, product reviews, and other Agile ceremonies.
- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer requirements, business impact, and feasibility.
- Gather feedback from clients and internal stakeholders and incorporate relevant feedback into product improvements.
- Monitor the progress of product enhancements and coordinate with relevant teams for timely delivery.
- Communicate product requirements, updates, and priorities effectively to stakeholders.

Requirements

- B.Tech/MBA or 1 years+ of related experience
