Job Summary
Growthally Advisors is looking for a driven and results-oriented
Investment Banking Associate
to join our Mumbai team.

The candidate will be responsible for
equity-side client acquisition, transaction origination and investor relationship management
. The role will involve working with promoters, founders, CFOs, institutional investors, family offices, HNIs, PE/VC funds, and other capital-market participants.

The ideal candidate should have strong relationship-building and sales capabilities, along with a good understanding of
equity fundraising, valuation, financial markets, and Investment Banking transactions
.

Key Responsibilities
- Originate new equity fundraising opportunities and build a solid corporate client pipeline.
- Develop relationships with promoters, founders, CFOs, CXOs, and business owners.
- Identify companies requiring equity capital across:
- IPO / Pre-IPO
- QIP
- Private Placement




- Preferential Allotment
- PE / VC Funding
- Strategic Investment
- Growth Capital
- Conduct client meetings and understand business, capital requirements, valuation expectations, and fundraising objectives.
- Develop and present appropriate equity fundraising solutions.
- Drive prospects through the complete sales cycle from lead generation to mandate conversion.
- Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, AIFs, PE/VC funds, family offices, HNIs, and strategic investors.
- Identify suitable investors for specific fundraising opportunities.
- Support preparation of pitch decks, investor presentations, company profiles, teasers, and transaction proposals.
- Assist with financial analysis, valuation, comparable company analysis, and financial modelling.
