Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, open to graduates who can join immediately.



The Relationship Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through property search, selection, and transaction processes on the NoBroker platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable properties or services, coordinating site visits, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end experience. The role involves managing customer queries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems. Relationship Managers collaborate closely with internal teams to improve service quality, support upselling of relevant NoBroker offerings, and contribute to customer satisfaction and retention.
