Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer with 5+ years of hands-on expertise in building and maintaining robust data solutions. The role focuses on designing, developing, and optimizing ETL workflows using Informatica, Robust Oracle PL/SQL development skills along with DevSecOps and working with Generative AI development tools to support complex data processing needs. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality, reliable data pipelines that power reporting, analytics, and business operations within a reinsurance team in Hyderabad, India.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop,



and maintain ETL workflows in Informatica to load data from multiple source systems
- Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex Oracle PL/SQL procedures, functions, and packages
- Analyze business and data requirements and translate them into scalable technical data solutions
- Performing data mapping, transformation logic design, and data validation to ensure high data quality
- Tune ETL jobs and database queries for performance, scalability, and reliability
- Work with large datasets related to Reinsurance
- Monitor and support ETL jobs, perform root cause analysis, and resolve data issues quickly.
- Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, DBAs, and reporting teams to deliver end-to-end data solutions
- Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for version control and release management
