Role Description
The Relationship Manager | Telesales role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South.



The role involves engaging with prospective and existing customers over phone calls to understand their property requirements, explain NoBroker.com’s services, and recommend suitable solutions. The Relationship Manager will manage end-to-end customer interactions, including lead follow-up, property and service suggestions, and relationship nurturing to drive conversions and customer retention. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, coordinating with internal teams such as operations and customer support, and meeting or exceeding sales and service targets. The role requires a strong customer focus, consistent follow-through, and adherence to company processes and quality standards.
