Role Overview
The Founder’s Office is the engine room of TerraTern. In this role, you’ll work directly with the founding team to lead and scale our marketing function—owning strategy, planning, and execution across brand, demand generation, content, and performance marketing. You will operate as a strategic extension of the founders—bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to rapid-moving growth priorities.

This is a high-ownership, strategy-first role for someone who has previously headed or scaled marketing in a startup, thrives in ambiguity, and can translate vision into executable, measurable plans.

Key Responsibilities




Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Define the multi-year marketing vision and annual strategic plan aligned to company OKRs and GTM priorities.
- Own market segmentation, positioning, and messaging strategy for key customer cohorts and geographies.
- In this role, you will partner directly with the founders to define and own the company’s marketing and brand strategy, positioning, and GTM narrative. You will set the strategic direction for brand, content, and demand, and ensure tight alignment with product, sales, and operations to accelerate scalable growth.

This is a strategy-first, high-ownership role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, builds from scratch, and is comfortable making high-stakes decisions with limited data.
