Role Overview

We are looking for a high-calibre
FP&A; Manager
to drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, business performance analysis, and management reporting. The role will work closely with business and leadership teams to provide actionable financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive
annual budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
processes.
- Prepare and analyse
MIS, management reports, P&L; and business performance dashboards
.
- Conduct
variance analysis
against budget, forecast and actual performance.
- Develop financial models and provide
data-driven business insights
to senior management.
- Partner with business teams to evaluate
revenue, costs, margins, profitability and key business drivers
.
- Support
business planning, scenario analysis and strategic decision-making
.
- Identify trends,



risks and opportunities and translate financial data into actionable recommendations.
- Improve FP&A; processes, reporting frameworks and financial controls.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 4–8 years of relevant experience
in FP&A;, Financial Planning & Analysis, Business Finance or Management Reporting.
- CA / CFA qualified
or
MBA from a reputed/top-tier business school
.
- Prior experience in
FMCG, Consumer Goods or a similar high-volume, fast-paced industry
is strongly preferred.
- Robust expertise in
financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong commercial acumen.
- Advanced
MS Excel / financial modelling
skills; exposure to ERP/BI tools will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and present insights effectively to senior leadership.
