Job Description

As an
Electrical / ELV Lead Engineer
, you will be responsible for leading discipline-specific engineering activities and ensuring designs are technically sound, constructible, coordinated, and aligned with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

? Lead Electrical / ELV engineering, design reviews, and technical coordination for MEP construction projects

? Review drawings, specifications, calculations, material submittals, and other technical documentation

? Provide strong
constructability input
during design development and execution stages

? Identify design conflicts, technical risks, and site constraints and develop practical engineering solutions

? Coordinate with other MEP disciplines, architectural, structural, construction,



and project teams

? Ensure designs comply with project specifications, applicable codes, standards, and authority requirements

? Support technical queries, RFIs, design changes, and engineering issues during construction

? Drive multidisciplinary coordination and ensure Electrical / ELV requirements are fully integrated into the overall project

? Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineers and project teams

? Apply previous
GCC project experience
and lessons learned to improve engineering quality and constructability

Requirements:

✅
10–15 years
of relevant Electrical / ELV engineering experience

✅ Strong background in the
MEP & Construction industry

✅ Proven technical, design review, coordination, and
constructability expertise

✅
GCC project experience is mandatory

✅ Experience working on large-scale building / construction projects preferred

✅ Robust communication, coordination,
