About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced
Senior/Lead Pega Developer
with a strong background in
Pega CLM/KYC
,



end-to-end application development on
Pega Infinity
, and deep knowledge of modern UI frameworks including
Theme Cosmos, UI Kit, and Cosmos React
. This role demands not only technical expertise but also leadership and mentoring abilities to guide and support the development team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and configure Pega applications from scratch, ensuring alignment with business requirements and enterprise architecture standards.
- Lead and own the end-to-end delivery of Pega CLM/KYC modules including onboarding, due diligence, and risk assessment processes.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define solution architecture and implementation approach.
- Build up-to-date, responsive UIs using
Theme Cosmos
,
Cosmos React
, and
UI Kit
based on the application needs and user experience goals.
