Position description:

To drive B2B sales growth in the wire and cable segment by identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, building robust relationships with industrial clients, and ensuring consistent revenue generation through strategic sales planning and execution. Increase present market share from 3% to 10% in two years. Focusing on Govt Department namely CPWD, PWD, Contractors, Dealer, Builders Segment & Industrial Segment

Primary Responsibilities:
- Achieve primary and secondary sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Ensure timely collection of dues from customers and dealers.
- Drive individual product performance across key categories
- Ensure 100% adherence to CRM protocols for lead, opportunity, and order tracking.
- Identify and onboard new customers and dealers.
- Conduct potential mapping and develop extraction plans.
- Achieve value-wise billing targets from new accounts in the assigned vertical.




- Provide regular updates on competitor activities and market trends.
- Share insights with internal teams for strategic planning.
- Work closely with identified key accounts to build brand preference.
- Maintain strong relationships with high-potential clients.
- Conduct in-house seminars, product presentations, and promotional events at regular intervals.
- Expand dealer network based on territory potential.
- Ensure proper coverage and service levels across the region.

Authorities:
- Plan and execute sales strategies.
- Approve customer-specific sales plans within defined limits.
- Recommend and finalize dealer appointments based on market analysis.
- Suggest changes to sales approach based on competitor analysis.
- Customize engagement plans for key accounts.
- Escalate strategic account issues to leadership.
- Approve event formats and coordinate with marketing for execution.
