ITOM Senior Developer

Experience: 7–9 years

Certification: Discovery & Service Mapping

Location-Hyderabad, Bangalore (Prefered)

Overview
We are looking for an experienced ITOM Senior Developer to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions
- Customize workflows, business rules, UI policies, and scripts
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems (REST/SOAP)
- Ensure adherence to best practices and governance
- Perform testing and support UAT
- Provide production support and enhancements

Required Skills
- Strong ServiceNow platform expertise
- JavaScript and Glide API knowledge
- Integration experience




- CMDB understanding (where applicable)
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
